Back to the Super Fertility Summit. I have such a wonderful session for you now with Kim West. Also known as the Sleep Lady. Kim, you founded the brand The Sleep Lady to focus on gentle sleep and parenting solutions. For over 25 years, you've helped hundreds of thousands of families get the rest that they need. Even just saying that makes me feel like exhaling. That's so refreshing. to get the rest they need without leaving their child alone to cry it out. While you focus on sleep training, you also provide resources and tips for parents to help schedule their child's day, their feedings, and more. You have recently released a book on sleep for twins. You also have a book to sleep on with singletons at different stages. Your first book was Slightly Older Children, and your latest book is Zero to 1, the first year of life.

Kim West, MSW, is a mother of two daughters and a Clinical Social Worker or child and family therapist for 30 years. Known as The Sleep Lady® by her clients, over the past twenty-eight years she has personally helped over 20,000 tired parents all over the world get a good night’s sleep without letting their children cry it out alone.
Kim is the author of five books outlining her gentle and responsive approach to sleep coaching from birth to 6 years old. One focuses on twins and the other on temperament and sleep.
Dedicated to providing tired parents with excellent sleep advice and coaching while knowing Kim could not help everyone herself, she started the Gentle Sleep Coach® Training and Certification program in 2010&#8211;the first and most comprehensive training program in the world.

Dr. Cleopatra is The Fertility Strategist and Executive Director of The Fertility &amp; Pregnancy Institute. She is a scientist and university professor who pioneered the field of fertility biohacking and creating superbabies. To date, Dr. Cleopatra has scientifically studied tens of thousands of women and families and has helped women in 18 countries on 6 continents have their superbabies.
