And. Hello everyone, and welcome to another episode Inside the Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention Summit. I'm one of the host doctor, Jack Wolfson, cardiologist. And today I'm really excited for this conversation that is going to be new to a lot of you. But I have Justine Stenger here, and she received her degree from the University of Alberta. She is currently recording this down in South Africa. So it's summer down there. So she looks nice and tan and nice and healthy as opposed to being back home in Calgary at this time of year. And then she went on to, pursue a degree in holistic nutrition, through Bowman College. And then she also completed her functional medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a certified functional medicine health coach. And she was actually, worked under Doctor Bruce Hoffman, who is one of the well known holistic practitioners, for many, many, many years. And she's worked a lot of his complex illness patients. Justine Stenger received her B.Ed from the University of Alberta in Physical education and Human Ecology/Nutrition. She proceeded to pursue a Holistic Nutrition/Therapeutic Chef certification from Bauman College. Justine has completed her Functional Medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, certified through the Institute For Functional Medicine.
Justine is a trained Bredesen (RECODE) practitioner and specializes in cell membrane medicine, and works primarily with patients who suffer from neurological conditions, mast cell activation syndrome, Lyme disease, and autoimmune disease.
Justine has worked beside Dr. Bruce Hoffman for the past 10 years and has supported hundreds of Dr Hoffman’s chronic, complex illness patients nutritionally.

Jack Wolfson, DO, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist who uses nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements to prevent and treat heart disease. He completed a 4-year medical degree, 3-year internal medicine residency, and 3-year cardiology fellowship. He served as the Chief Fellow of his cardiology program, managing all of the other cardiology trainees.
Dr. Wolfson then joined the largest cardiology group in the state of Arizona and spent 10 years as a hospital-based cardiologist performing angiograms, pacemakers, and other cardiac procedures. He was the Chairman of Medicine, Director of Cardiology, and Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation.
