Welcome back to the reversing Hashimoto's summit. I am here today with a dear friend and colleague, Laura Frontiero and she is just she's just an expert at many things. We're going to have a really fun conversation today. Let me tell you a little bit about her first, and then I'll tell you my personal perspective on Laura. So she is the founder and CEO of Bio Radiant Health, a virtual health coaching and functional medicine practice. She's the creator of eight online functional medicine health summits. And over the last 25 years as a nurse practitioner, she served over 75,000 patients in the clinic and online and just has helped so many people. Her work in the health industry marries traditional and functional medicine, and that's what I love about her, because that's my approach as well. And I think we really have to blend those two sides of of patient care in order to properly treat people. But Laura, super power is really getting beneath the surface.
